Resolution No. 63/2021
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 25 January 2021

concerning reduction of some exchange fees
charged to issuers on the WSE Main Market

Pursuant to § 178 of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves as follows:

§ 1

The fees charged to issuers on the parallel market for introduction to exchange trading and for listing of structured certificates, structured bonds and put/call warrants, referred to, respectively, in points 1.4, 1.5, 2.4 and 2.5 of Exhibit 3 to the Exchange Rules shall be reduced in such a way that the sum of such fees due from one issuer for the given calendar year shall be no more than PLN 330,000.

§ 2

This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of adoption and remain in force until 31 December 2021.
