New listing of BLOOBER TEAM

The company BLOOBER TEAM S.A. was newly listed on the GPW Main Market on 10 January 2024.

BLOOBER TEAM S.A. is the 414^th company listed on the Main Market and the first new listing on the Main Market in 2024.

Issuer’s history and business

The Company’s shares have been listed in the NewConnect Alternative Trading System since 27.06.2011.  

Bloober Team S.A. is an independent producer and publisher of games specialising in the horror genre. The studio was established in 2008 on the initiative of Piotr Babieno and Piotr Bielatowicz.

The Issuer’s best-known games include the “Layers of Fear” series, “Blair Witch”, “Observer:System Redux” and “The Medium”. Depending on the project, the Company develops games independently or in cooperation with external partners. The Company’s games are distributed globally in digital form on all key distribution platforms, and as boxed games in the case of some titles. The Bloober Team Group is a capital group with two Polish subsidiaries (Feardemic sp. z o.o., Played With Fire sp. z o.o.) and one foreign subsidiary (Bloober Team NA, a California corporation, USA). As at the Prospectus Date, the Bloober Team Group had 278 employees and associates.

Issuer’s share capital

The Issuer’s share capital according to the entry in the National Court Register amounts to PLN 193,092.60 and is divided into 19,309,260 ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.01 each, including:

• 10,200,000 series A ordinary bearer shares;
• 887,890 series B ordinary bearer shares;
• 2,220,000 series C ordinary bearer shares;
• 4,365,100 series D ordinary bearer shares;
• 1,636,270 series E ordinary bearer shares;

All shares of the Issuer are traded on NewConnect.

The Issuer did not conduct a public offering in connection with its new listing on the GPW Main Market.
